CircleCI MCP server (official)

MCP server
submitted by u/client to c/devops · 0 uses

Get CircleCI build failure logs, flaky tests and pipeline status, and validate config, from your editor.

CircleCI's server lets an agent pull failure logs for a branch or pipeline URL, find flaky tests, check the latest pipeline status, validate and explain .circleci/config.yml, and rerun workflows. It uses a CircleCI personal API token. Useful for fixing CI failures without opening the CircleCI UI.

Try asking:

  • "Why is the build on my current branch failing?"
  • "Find flaky tests in this project."
  • "Check my CircleCI config for errors."

Sign-in: an API key or token (set it in the install snippet below).

Optional: fill these in to put them straight into the snippet. They stay in your browser and are never sent to CommandVault.

Or add to .cursor/mcp.json (project) or ~/.cursor/mcp.json (everywhere)
