Your account

You're responsible for your account and what's posted from it. You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your password safe.

What you post

• You keep ownership of the commands, comments and other content you post.
• By posting publicly you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute and adapt that content for running and promoting CommandVault, and you let other members copy and use public commands.
• Only post content you have the right to share. Credit sources when you adapt someone else's work.

Community rules

• No spam, scams, malware, or content designed to harm people or systems.
• No API keys, passwords, secrets or other people's personal data.
• No harassment, hate, or illegal content.
• Don't manipulate votes or abuse the reporting system.

Moderators may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI commands and output

Commands are shared by members and provided as is. Review any command, and the output an AI model produces from it, before relying on it, especially for code, security, legal, medical or financial matters. You're responsible for how you use them.

Ads

CommandVault is supported by advertising. Ads are labelled “Sponsored” and are provided by third parties such as Google.

No warranty and limitation of liability

CommandVault is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content posted by members.

Ending things

You can stop using CommandVault at any time. We may suspend or end access for accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we'll let members know. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
