Doc co-authoring workflow (Anthropic)

SkillLow risk
submitted by u/client to c/writing · 0 uses

A structured workflow for writing specs, proposals and decision docs together with Claude.

Guides Claude through a three-stage process for writing a document with you: gathering context, refining structure and content section by section, and then testing the draft as a fresh reader would to find gaps. It triggers when you start writing documentation, proposals, technical specs or similar. It is guidance only, with no scripts, and works for any kind of structured document.

Try asking:

  • "Help me write a technical spec for moving our auth to passkeys"
  • "I need a decision doc comparing Postgres and DynamoDB for this service"
  • "Let's co-write a project proposal for the board"
