PagerDuty MCP server (official, remote)

Look up and manage PagerDuty incidents, services, schedules and on-call from a hosted server.

PagerDuty's hosted server gives an agent 'browse' tools to list incidents, services, schedules, escalation policies and who is on call, and 'manage' tools to acknowledge, resolve or create incidents and update related records. Authenticate with OAuth using static client credentials or send a user API key as 'Token token=...'. There is no read-only switch on the hosted server, so use a scoped OAuth client to limit writes. EU accounts use mcp.eu.pagerduty.com. Good for incident triage and handoffs.

Try asking:

  • "Who is on call for the payments service right now?"
  • "Summarise all triggered incidents from the last 12 hours."
  • "Acknowledge incident P1234 and add a note that I'm investigating."

Sign-in: OAuth in your AI tool the first time you use it.

Optional: fill these in to put them straight into the snippet. They stay in your browser and are never sent to CommandVault.

Or add to .cursor/mcp.json (project) or ~/.cursor/mcp.json (everywhere)
