Playwright MCP: browser automation

MCP server
submitted by u/client to c/frontend · 0 uses

Lets your agent drive a real browser through the accessibility tree: navigate, click, fill forms, take snapshots and test your app.

Microsoft's Playwright server. It works from structured accessibility snapshots rather than screenshots, so it's fast and reliable for LLMs.

Good for: reproducing a bug end to end, checking a form after a change, writing a Playwright test from what the agent just did.

Runs locally and opens a browser on your machine. Add --headless to the args for CI.
